Let me introduce myself, I’m Heather


I’m a different kind of therapist, and this is a different kind of therapy.

With California roots and a big city heart I have always been someone who practices curiosity, embraces diversity, values compassion, and acts courageously. I believe in the common humanity among us and that internally we all are already the best versions of ourselves, it’s just been lost and pushed down over the years. My goal is to help you reconnect with your truest self in order to better connect to your life and the people around you.
