Ever thought to yourself …
“What’s wrong with constantly pushing myself to work harder and do more?”
(That’s pretty much exactly what our society says you should be doing every day isn’t it?)
“Talk about my feelings? Yeah right. I’m not gonna burden anyone with my stuff, I can handle it”
(God forbid someone find out you’re having a hard time, that’s a sign of weakness isn’t it?)
“Practice ‘self-care’ or acknowledge my accomplishments? Please” (insert eye roll)
(That’s way too self-indulgent and braggy, right?)
If any of these sound familiar you may be struggling with:
Type A, People Pleaser or Perfectionist tendencies

Let me introduce myself, I’m Heather
I’m a different kind of therapist, and this is a different kind of therapy.
With California roots and a big city heart I have always been someone who practices curiosity, embraces diversity, values compassion, and acts courageously. I believe in the common humanity among us and that internally we all are already the best versions of ourselves, it’s just been lost and pushed down over the years. My goal is to help you reconnect with your truest self in order to better connect to your life and the people around you.
I bet I know what you’re thinking…
