The emphasis is on getting clear about the results you want to achieve and taking concrete steps to help you get there without spending as much time digging into your past as you do in therapy.
Coaching assumes that you are already mentally healthy and strong, and that in order to get to your desired life you just need some support, guidance, accountability and consistent action.
